I worked closely with director Hikmet Kerem Özcan throughout the film’s post-production, acting as a creative and organisational bridge between the director and the different teams bringing the film to its final form. I was closely involved in the editing process, regularly reviewing cuts and giving notes, while also coordinating with the colourist and sound design team as the film’s visual and sonic identity came together. My involvement continued through the development of the film’s poster and final materials.

Beyond post-production, I played an active role in shaping the film’s festival journey, from applications and festival strategy to attending festival meetings and supporting the film throughout its journey. It was a project that allowed me to be involved far beyond the traditional boundaries of post-production coordination, and to support the film creatively from the edit room all the way to its fullest form.
